Yes, you read that right. This trick combines three of the things I like the most - magic, origami and card games. It was created by the brilliant Dan Harlan. I had the pleasure of meeting him years ago at the first Canadian Association of Magicians Convention in Waterloo. he came in to do a show and lecture but his equipment didn't make it through customs in time. As you can see from this routine it didn't matter. Give him a deck of cards and a peice of paper, plus a weird Mobius Strip/Escher kind of mind and you have magic!
